What we collect

The forms on this site collect what you type into them: your name, company, email address, and phone number if you provide one; the subject and content of your message; any product, application, or technical details you choose to share (for example a product family, an application, or electrical specifications); and any files you attach, such as drawings or datasheets. We do not collect information about you from any other source.

How it is used

Submissions are emailed directly to S&B Tech through Amazon Web Services' Simple Email Service (SES). We use what you send only to respond to your inquiry — to quote a part, schedule a call, or answer a question. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it beyond what is needed to answer what you asked for.

Technical details submitted through the parts forms (product family, specifications, drawings, and similar) may be shared with Aslan Elektronik, the manufacturer, so it can prepare a quote or evaluate a request. This is the one routine sharing this policy needs to disclose, and it happens only for the technical content of parts-related inquiries.

Requesting deletion

To ask us to delete information you have submitted, email contact@snb-eng.com and describe what you sent and when. We will remove it from our systems, except where we need to keep a record for a reason such as an active quote or a legal obligation.
